With knowledge ranging from drilling services through completion, production, and support services, our team possesses the skills and understanding necessary to plan and execute a wide range of operations.

James Pung
// CEO

James E. Pung joined Energes as COO in December 2014 before being promoted to CEO in April of 2015. Prior to joining Energes James has served in various field services and management roles over the past 15 years involved in retail, public utilities, and oilfield services business sectors. James’ oilfield services career began in 2004 with a start-up flowback and hydraulic services company serving the Barnett Shale and Permian Basin which was acquired in 2006 by a global oilfield services company. James has served in a variety of roles from district management up through corporate regional and country management roles. In his role preceding his transition to Energes, James served as a USA Geographical Manager over several product segments, including flowback/well testing, water management, and completion fluids.

Christina Meineke
// CFO

Christina Meineke joined Energes as CFO in March 2017.  Prior to joining Energes, Christina served as Controller for a global Oil & Gas services company, focused on several product segments including Flowack & Well Testing, Water Management and Completion Fluids.  Over the past 19 years, she has served in a variety of managerial finance and accounting roles supporting operations, business development, and technology with significant international focus.  Mrs. Meineke received her B.B.A degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

 

Eric Omenson
// COO

Eric Omenson started his career in the upstream oil and gas industry in 2001, and has served primarily in sales, recruiting, and business development roles. Early in his career Eric joined a small engineering and consulting firm in Houston, and quickly moved through the organization, ultimately leading worldwide corporate recruiting in a Director role. He then moved to a global oilfield services company to support business development and sales efforts for completion fluids, production testing, and water management services. He was instrumental in the company’s growth in the Rockies market, and served as Area Sales Manager in Denver, where he led sales efforts in CO, WY, UT, NM, MT, and ND. Eric joined Energes in 2016 as Vice President of Business Development and was focused on the growth of the Sand Management service line, working jointly with Energes’ Canadian-based partner, Dynacorp.  In August of 2017, Eric assumed the role of COO and is working closely with all business lines to bring continued growth and success to ENERGES.

Nikolay Spiridonov
// Engineering Manager

Nikolay joined the ENERGES team in March of 2014 supporting our Well Testing / Flowback operations as a field engineer for both the Permian and Bakken divisions. In October of 2015 Nikolay was promoted to Corporate Engineering Manager responsible for leading our technology and technical support functions for all product lines across Energes. Nikolay’s background includes supporting engineering initiatives for various companies both domestically and internationally while serving in roles that included onshore and offshore services. ENERGES is a technology focused company so Nikolay’s experience with process flow, software modeling & calculations, P&ID preparations, data acquisition, and various other production related fields make him a perfect candidate to lead our engineering initiatives. Nikolay is a graduate of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Moscow, Russia with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering.

Gareth Young
// Director HSE-Q

Gareth Young started his career in the Oil and Gas Industry in 2002 in a field position, while attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  After graduating with a BA in History in 2004, he was asked to move into the Safety Training field.  During the past 13 years, Gareth has worked as a Trainer, Field HSE Supervisor, District HSE Manager, Regional HSE Manager, and currently holds the position of Director HSE-Q for ENERGES.  He has worked to develop HSE Management systems at two previous companies, as well as developing and launching an internet based HSE Management software suite.  His current role has him tasked with the development and implementation of the company QHSE Management systems and overall HSE support for the company.   He has recently obtained an MA in Theological Studies from Liberty University.
